A new business TV channel can emerge in Russia, Echo of Moscow radio reports. This project, which is tentatively named RBC-TV, will be launched by RosBusinessConsulting. The new channel is expected to commence broadcasting in the first half of 2003. The RBC Board may attract outside investors to the implementation of this project.
