On April 16, the ATON investment company set the price of RBC INFORMATION SYSTEM shares at $0.83. Shares will be floated on April 18. RBC will raise $13.3 million in the primary placement of 16m shares, i.e, 16% of the equity capital. Company capitalization totals $83m.
