An IPO market is being formed in Russia, in fact this is the Russian capital market. Last year the debutant was RBC. On January 23 Pharmacy Chain 36.6 is planning to place 23.5 percent of its shares on Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange. For debutants it means an increase in value, however, this step is associated with additional risks for issuers.
