This September, RBC TV started test broadcasting on the 28-meter decimeter-band channel in Rostov-on-Don, adding Rostov-on-Don residents to the Moscow and St. Petersburg audience of Russia's first business television channel. The new business channel, providing a daily coverage of the situation on Russian and international financial markets, is the only one in Russia so far. RBC's office in the south of Russia is based in the Southern Region media group.
