The Kariera (Career) magazine has made a list of 100 women, heads of large companies and departments.
Natalia Samoylova, the director for advertisement and PR of RBC, is in 22nd place in this rating. Experts assessed the participants of the contest by the following criteria: personal popularity, business reputation, popularity of their companies on the market, the efficiency of the company's strategy on the market, the dynamics of the company's development, the activity of lobbying their company's interests and the informational openness of the company. Experts could assess only those participants, whose qualities they knew. The assessment was held according to a ten-point scale. The marks that experts gave each criterion were added up and then divided by the number of experts to calculate the average score. Adjustment factors were implemented in order to do more precise research and to emphasize the most important criteria. The council of experts considered the following criteria to be the most significant: business reputation, the efficiency of the company's strategy on the market, the activity of lobbying their company's interests.
