MARKA NO. 1 IN RUSSIA 2008 awards presented to winners

The State Kremlin Palace hosted the traditional awards ceremony for winners of the MARKA NO. 1 IN RUSSIA on December 14. It was a bright, optimistic and pompous ceremony.

Among the key participants of the venue were not only representatives of the winning brands and show business celebrities, but also prominent sportsmen and talented artists who make Russia proud. The hosts of the evening, Yana Churikova and Anton

Privolnov, described what was taking place on stage that night as, ‘winners meeting winners.’ The awards were presented by the following well-known figures: movie producer Vladimir Kott, whose film Fly was named the best film at the Shanghai Film Festival, actor Vadim Kolganov, stage designer Boris Krasnov, who created the magnificent presentation of the Sochi 2014 Olympic bid, Olympic and world champions Andrei Silnov, Olga Brusnikina, Viktoria Nikishina, Anastasiya Myskina, Irina Slutskaya, Tatyana Navka, Buvaysar Saytiyev, and other celebrities adored by millions of Russians.

Famous singers and pop groups were also present for the winners and the multimillion member TV audience (the show will be broadcast by Channel One). Filipp Kirkorov, Kristina Orbakaite, Alsu, Leonid Agutin and Anzhelika Varum, Vladimir Presnyakov and Natalya Podolskaya, Turetsky choir, Masha Rasputina, Tamara Gverdziteli, Sergei Mazayev, Fabrika, Viktoriya Dayneko, Stas Pyekha, Zhasmin, In-Yan, Mark Tishman, Zara, Ani Lorak and others all performed on stage that night.
