The press center of the Federal Service for Financial Markets of Russia has announced a resolution adopted by the Service on March 16, permitting 45m common shares of RBC Information Systems (the issue's state registration No. 1-03-05214-A, dated September 22, 2003) to be floated outside the Russian Federation.
