OAO RBC Information Systems has acquired 100 percent of the shares in CJSC Information Research Center of Politics, Economics and Marketing that has the right to hold The Best Brand award. According to representatives of The Best Brand, the aim of the deal is to attract additional financial and organizational resources in order to bring The Best Brand national award onto a new stage of development. The development program includes expanding the project's media coverage, creating a TV version of the award ceremony and developing a regional network for The Best Brand. The terms of participation, the judging process as well as all the stages of the contest organization will remain the same.
