National rating assigned to RBC
RBC Information Systems Joint-Stock Company has been assigned a B++ national corporate governance rating of RID-Expert RA for the first six months of 2004. In the opinion of the authors of the rating list (the Expert RA rating agency and the Russian Institute of Directors), investments in companies of this category envisage the optimal risk/reward ratio for investors. According to the rating list, the level of corporate governance at RBC is higher than at such companies as RAO UES of Russia, Aeroflot-Russian Airlines and Wimm-Bill-Dann.
