The Person of the Year national awards were given in the very heart of Russia, in the Chamber of the Patriarchs of the Moscow Kremlin on March 26. The RBC Russian Information Agency, which founded this honorable symbol of success and popularity, has once again kept a substantial politically important and economically reasoned pause, as if it was testing the patience of its laureates. Other annual awards are usually given to leaders in different spheres at the very beginning of each year. RBC possibly preferred to have more time to make the right choice.
