One of the most famous theaters in the world has chosen the RosBusinessConsulting (RBC) information agency as its partner to elucidate its activities. In addition, RBC has begun developing a new Internet site for the theater.
The target of an agreement between RBC and the Bolshoi theater is to conduct a policy of a greater informational openness of the theater's management and creative staff, aimed, in particular, at enlarging the Bolshoi's audience and attracting attention to an upcoming reconstruction and opening of a new stage. It is worth mentioning that a grandiose celebration of the theater's 225-year jubilee is to take place in March, 2001, which will require a mobilization of additional information resources. In the opinion of the Bolshoi Theater's management, by attracting RBC's new informational technologies the theater will be able to achieve its goals more efficiently.
RBC hopes that it will be capable of making a contribution to Russian culture. The Bolshoi Theater's more detailed development plans will be announced at a press conference in the near future.
