Issuer Messenger is:
- Official information about issuers of securities that is to be revealed in accordance with a decree of the Russian Federal Securities Commission.
- A means by which issuers can place additional information about themselves.
- Where you can present information about your company to a large audience.
For the convenience of users, information is presented in several sections:
- A company's profile;
- Quarterly reports;
- Offering statements;
- Affiliated persons;
- Important facts;
- Other documents.
The project is implemented in accordance with decree No 03-32/pc on July 2, 2003 of the Russian Federal Securities Commission "On Revealing Information by Issuers of Securities", which stipulates publishing of information about issuers in open and accessible sources.
Information will be placed on
Issuer Messenger on a contract basis. An issuer will receive a document confirming the fact that corresponding information has been published, which can be submitted to the Federal Securities Commission.
