RBC sells over 1,000 marketing surveys in one year
A year ago RosBusinessConsulting launched the Market Research project. Over this period, the project has become the largest store of marketing research in Russia and the CIS selling over 1,000 surveys. The site had 300,000 visitors.
In total, there are currently 360 marketing surveys on all market segments on sale. At the launch of the project, there were only 56 surveys. The authors of research are both RBC analysts and experts of 42 partner companies, including RA Expert, Mosvneshinform, GFK Group (GFK Rus), Symbol-Marketing, ACG, Infomain, GORTIS, Irbis, Ekotrans, ITKOR, etc.
The low price of surveys has made marketing research affordable for any company. Surveys can be purchased for as little as $80. This year, surveys on real estate, construction materials, IT, telecommunications, and consumer goods were the most popular.
In the opinion of deputy general director of RIA RosBusinessConsulting Vyacheslav Masenkov, "currently the share of surveys is less than 5 percent of the market of marketing research that is estimated at $80m to $100m. But the faster business grows in our country, the higher the demand for them will be, especially given the growth of small and medium-sized businesses. RBC will strive for the maximum coverage of industries and an increase in the number of regional marketing surveys".
