Kudrin downbeat about global economy
RBC, 27.01.2012, Moscow 18:44:01.Global economic growth is likely to slow down in 2012, former Russian finance minister Alexey Kudrin told RBC TV. The forecasts of global economic growth for 2012-2013 are likely to be revised down, and if this happens, Russia will also have to lower its economic forecast. Many signs point to the fact that a double-dip recession will take place in the not too distant future, Kudrin said, urging to prepare for it. He also opined that Greece would leave the Eurozone because it failed to meet the standards of the Eurozone. Such instances will weaken the euro, he added.
