Russian Direct Investment Fund head sees capital inflow
RBC, 27.01.2012, Davos 15:00:07.A massive inflow of capital is expected in Russia after the presidential election, Russian Direct Investment Fund General Director Kirill Dmitriyev told Russia Today television channel at the World Economic Forum in Davos. This expectation is based on the country's strong macroeconomic performance, including: one of the world's lowest foreign debt-to-GDP ratios, huge international reserves, etc. "Russia is one of the few markets where growth is certain to happen, and investors are on the lookout for growth opportunities," Dmitriyev said. In 2011, net private capital outflow rose 2.5-fold year-on-year to $84.2bn.
