CEC nixes two presidential candidates
RBC, 27.01.2012, Moscow 11:58:54.Central Election Commission (CEC) has refused to register as presidential candidates opposition party Yabloko founder Grigory Yavlinsky and Irkutsk Governor Dmitry Mezentsev. CEC found more invalid signatures collected in support of these candidates than the 5% limit allowed by law.
