Big 3 operators team up to roll out mobile commerce
RBC, 26.01.2012, Moscow 16:57:54.Russia's Big 3 mobile operators, MTS, VympelCom, and MegaFon, have signed an agreement to jointly develop mobile commerce, the operators said in a joint statement. The plan is to expand the access of their subscribers to each other's payment services and increase the number of services that could be paid for using a mobile device. To encourage the development of mobile commerce, each operator will open their databases of services and goods suppliers to the subscribers of other Big 3 operators.
