Russian, Kazakhstani PMs discuss cooperation in nuclear sphere
RBC, 09.09.2010, Moscow 17:44:04.During today's conference call initiated by Kazakhstan, Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin and his Kazakhstani counterpart Karim Masimov discussed the trade and economic cooperation of the two countries, including cooperation in the gas sector and nuclear energy sphere, the government's press office reported today. On Tuesday, Masimov announced that his country's government was poised to purchase a Russian company working in the sphere of uranium enrichment. "I cannot name the company whose shares we plan to buy right now, but we have already made our choice, and the talks are in the final stage. As soon as we complete the deal, we will be able to make this information public," he said.
