Explosion leaves casualties in N. Ossetia capital
RBC, 09.09.2010, Vladikavkaz 11:55:31.Several people were killed in an explosion that tore through the central market in the city of Vladikavkaz, the capital of North Ossetia, a source from the republic's law enforcement authority reported. According to the source, an explosive device was left in a car parked next to the market's entrance. There is no definite information on the number of casualties. Representatives of all emergency authorities are working on the site. Head of North Ossetia Taymuraz Mamsurov is also at the scene.
