Vnesheconombank to launch bond flotation in 2010
RBC, 08.09.2010, Irkutsk 13:43:51.Vnesheconombank is planning to launch the flotation of 10-year ruble bonds worth RUB 190bn (approx. USD 6.18bn) before the end of this year, the lending institution's head Vladimir Dmitriyev told journalists in Irkutsk today. Dmitriyev also stated that the bank had no supplemental sources for financing the approved projects, except for borrowings and asset contributions. At the same time, he noted that VEB currently needed nearly RUB 500bn (approx. USD 16.26bn) to co-finance investment projects and implement certain programs.
