Gazprom hopes for Ukraine to fulfill its obligations
RBC, 02.09.2010, Moscow 18:30:11.Gazprom hopes that Ukraine will continue fulfilling its obligations under the existing gas supply agreement, deputy chairman of the Russian energy holding's executive committee Andrei Kruglov announced during today's conference call. "We expect to complete the transition to market prices in 2011," he said. As reported earlier, Ukrainian Prime Minister Nikolai Azarov stated that Ukraine would insist on a revision of the gas supply agreement with Russia and expressed hope that the parties would reach a compromise on the matter.
