Aeroflot to float exchange bonds
RBC, 19.03.2010, Moscow 10:42:29.Aeroflot - Russian Airlines has passed a decision to place two issues of exchange bonds worth a total of RUB 12bn (approx. USD 411m), the Russian flagship air carrier announced in official documents today. The company is poised to float exchange bonds series BO-01 and BO-02 with a par value of RUB 1,000 (approx. USD 34.22) per bond. Each issue will be comprised of 6m exchange bonds that will mature on the 1,092nd day from the flotation date. The securities will be placed by public subscription at 100 percent of their par value.
