Runoff election valid, Ukrainian official says
RBC, 08.02.2010, Kiev 12:56:29.The nation's Central Election Commission has recognized the second round of the presidential election in Ukraine as valid, the commission's Chairman Vladimir Shapoval said. Under the current electoral law, the official election results will be announced by February 17. Yesterday, voting took place at 33,667 polling stations in Ukraine.
