Atomstroyexport signs cooperation accord with Slovakia, Czech Republic
RBC, 23.11.2009, Moscow 15:48:46.Atomstroyexport has signed a memorandum of understanding with Czech and Slovakian companies in the sphere of nuclear power plants' construction on the territory of the Czech Republic, Russia and other countries, the Russian nuclear power equipment and service export company reported today. According to the document, Atomstroyexport plans to apply to Czech and Slovakian companies for equipment supplies to be used in construction projects in Russia and other countries. Furthermore, if the company wins tenders for the construction of two blocks at nuclear power plants in the Czech Republic, it is set to attract the country's companies to supplies of spare parts and equipment for nuclear reactors, thus ensuring the Czech Republic's energy independence.
