Two oligarchs to sell stakes in Polyus Gold
RBC, 19.11.2009, London 16:42:34.Suleiman Kerimov's Nafta Moskva and Mikhail Prokhorov's Onexim are poised to sell up to 5 percent of Polyus Gold shares, the mining company indicated in a press release. The sale will be put through depending on the market situation. The two companies are set to dispose of both their shares and American Depositary Receipts (ADRs). The book runners are Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) and Renaissance Securities (Cyprus).
