Russian Agricultural Bank issues bonds
RBC, 28.11.2008, Moscow 11:56:24.The Russian Agricultural Bank is set to float series 05 non-convertible interest bearing certificated secured bearer bonds with a mandatory centralized custody worth RUB 10bn (approx. USD 364.7m), the bank said in a statement today. The issue will consist of 10m bonds with a par value of RUB 1,000 (approx. USD 36.47) each and a maturity period of 10 years. The offering provides for 20 half-year coupon payments. The bank has also placed an offer for buying the bonds back at a par value during the last five calendar days of the sixth coupon period.
