CPC shareholders move for capacity increase
RBC, 26.11.2008, Moscow 18:36:25.The shareholders of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) will sign on December 18 a memorandum of understanding and the implementation of practical steps to increase the consortium's capacity. Measures that would be taken to sign the document were discussed at a meeting of the board of directors of CPC-R (the consortium's Russian legal entity) on November 25-26 and an extraordinary general shareholders meeting of CPC-K (CPC office in Kazakhstan), the consortium's press office reported. Also during the meetings, the companies' budgets for 2009 were approved.
