RTS halts trade for 1 hour
RBC, 18.11.2008, Moscow 12:59:40.The RTS Stock Exchange stopped trading based on indirect orders for one hour from 12:35 p.m., the exchange announced. The decision to suspend trade was made after the technical index plunged more than 5 percent from yesterday's close.
