Russia and China development banks strike financial deal
RBC, 28.10.2008, Moscow 15:52:46.Russia's Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank) and the China Development Bank (CDB) have signed an agreement on cooperation in joint financing of Russian-Chinese projects. The signing took place following a regular meeting between the two countries' heads of government. The document was signed by Vnesheconombank President Vladimir Dmitriyev and CDB Vice Governor Yao Zhongmin.
