Russia, Vietnam ink energy cooperation pact
RBC, 27.10.2008, Moscow 15:38:45.Russia and Vietnam have signed an intergovernmental cooperation agreement on geological surveys and oil and gas production on the basis of the Russian-Vietnamese joint venture Vietsovpetro. The document was signed by Industry and Trade Ministers Igor Khristenko of Russia and Vu Huy Hoang of Vietnam. They also signed a trade and investment action plan until 2012.
