Medvedev signs laws on market stabilization
RBC, 13.10.2008, Moscow 19:18:26.Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has signed a number of laws targeting stabilization on the Russian stock market. He announced their signing during today's meeting with Presidential Aide Arkady Dvorkovich. The president pointed out that the government had to do everything possible to prevent harsh consequences of the crisis on the global Russian Federal Financial Markets Service. The Russian leader also noted that the government was starting to implement these measures in coordination with the president's administration. The laws have been adopted by the State Duma and the Federation Council, the Rossiya TV reported today.
