Gov't to invest more in agriculture
RBC, 09.10.2008, Moscow 19:54:45.Two federal target programs will be launched in the agribusiness sector in 2009 to boost meat and milk production, Russia's Agriculture Minister Alexei Gordeyev told journalists today. To provide financing for the two programs, the 2009 budget will be amended to determine the total spending on agriculture at RUB 20bn (approx. USD 764.53m), Gordeyev elaborated.
