Court to rule on former YUKOS chief's early release
RBC, 03.10.2008, Moscow 11:58:15.Mikhail Khodorkovsky's early release on parole is to be heard in court on October 15, said the former YUKOS president's lawyer Yury Shmidt. He noted that the case would be examined by the Transbaikal Regional Court. Slightly over a month ago, Khodorkovsky's lawyers appealed against a ruling by Chita's court which denied him release on parole.
