Rosneft pays off bridge loan
RBC, 17.09.2008, Moscow 10:16:20.Rosneft has redeemed the final tranche of its $22bn bridge loan, the Russian oil company's press office said today. Therefore, Rosneft has reduced its net debt to the level of EBITDA. The size of the tranche amounted to $2.3bn. Rosneft plans to continue efforts to increase its efficiency and maintain strong financial discipline, the press office cited the company's President Sergei Bogdanchikov as saying, especially by keeping its net debt close to the EBITDA level.
