No need for tighter monetary policy, Central Bank says
RBC, 05.09.2008, Sochi 14:29:10.This year the Central Bank has less reasons for tightening Russia's monetary policy than last year, the bank's First Deputy Chairman Alexei Ulyukayev told journalists today. He pointed out that last year the bank temporarily decreased reserves requirements, adding that this year the requirements had already been boosted several times.
