LUKoil in talks over loan to buy Turkish filling station chain
RBC, 29.07.2008, Moscow 19:43:24.LUKoil is negotiating a syndicated loan to pay for the Turkish filling station operator Akpet, a source in the banking sector told RBC today. The amount LUKoil would like to borrow has not yet been defined. In general, the oil company is looking for an unsecured loan that would exceed the deal value of over $500m.
