Onexim closes acquisition deal
RBC, 15.05.2008, Moscow 19:31:23.Onexim Group has completed a deal to acquire 27.5 percent in Open Investments, 91 percent in Soglasiye Insurance Company, and 100 percent in Rosbank Asset Management, as well as a number of geological exploration assets, the group said in a statement. Moreover, a deal was closed for the sale of Mikhail Prokhorov's 50-percent stake in KM Invest to Interros. According to agreements signed today, Onexim is also soon to get its hands on half of Open Investments shares being acquired by KM Invest as the latter exercises its preemptive right for the purchase of shares being placed in Open Investments' additional issue.
