Far-Eastern Shipping Company to float shares
RBC, 15.05.2008, Vladivostok 10:29:06.The Board of Directors of Far-Eastern Shipping Company (FESCO) has approved an additional share issue worth RUB 590.25m (approx. USD 24.75m), the company reported today. The issuer is to place 590.25m shares with a par value of RUB 1 (approx. USD 0.041) each by public subscription. FESCO's shareholders can exercise preemptive right to buy the additionally issued shares. The company made two offerings worth a total of USD 420m in 2007.
