Bank of Moscow takes out syndicated loan
RBC, 13.05.2008, Moscow 17:32:36.Bank of Moscow has raised a syndicated loan of $220m for a term of 1.5 years at the rate of LIBOR plus 0.65 percent with a group of 18 banks, the bank said in a statement. The loan was arranged by ABN AMRO; Bank N.V.; Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch; Emirates NBD; Raiffeisen Zentralbank Osterreich. The final amount had been revised upwards from the initial $150m. The funds raised are to be used to finance the bank's business expansion.
