State Duma to vote on Putin's PM nomination
RBC, 08.05.2008, Moscow 12:13:40.The State Duma has started a plenary session, during which Vladimir Putin's nomination for Prime Minister will be considered. This is the first item of the session's agenda for today. President Dmitry Medvedev will introduce the candidate Putin to the lower chamber of parliament. Putin will deliver a speech on the program of the key priorities for the Russian government. Then deputies will ask two questions per faction, and Putin will be given 30 minutes to answer them. Faction representatives' debates will last for 40 minutes, after which deputies will vote on the approval of Putin's nomination for the head of government.
