Medvedev nominates Putin as PM
RBC, 07.05.2008, Moscow 14:47:50.Russia's President Dmitry Medvedev has proposed Vladimir Putin as candidate for Prime Minister to the State Duma in accordance with Article 103 of Russia's Constitution, the President's press office said today. The parliament, where the United Russia has the constitutional majority, will consider the nomination tomorrow, on May 8, at an extraordinary plenary session scheduled for 12 p.m.
