Russia reports rise in proceeds from Kharyaga project
RBC, 25.03.2008, Moscow 19:57:01.The Russian side's revenue from the implementation of the Kharyaga production sharing agreement (PSA) topped $215m in 2007, including $136.8m as the government's profit production, $25.8m as royalties, and $52.5m as profit tax, the Russian Industry and Energy Ministry's press office reported following a meeting of the project management committee. The committee reviewed project operating results for 2007 and a statement of expenses for that year. As reported earlier, the government's revenue from the Kharyaga PSA reached $169.1m in 2006. Therefore, the figure has increased by more than 27 percent in 2007.
