Uralsvyazinform to place bonds
RBC, 25.03.2008, Moscow 18:26:45.Uralsvyazinform is planning to place series 08 bonds worth RUB 2bn (approx. USD 84m) on April 8-10, 2008, Mikhail Avtukhov, Vice President of Sviaz-Bank, the lead manager for the issue, said in Moscow today. The final decision on the exact date of the placement is expected to be made at the beginning of next week. According to the regional telecommunications company's estimates, the rate of the first coupon is expected to range between 9.55 and 9.8 percent per annum. The syndication is projected to be completed on March 27-28.
