Russia's PM heading for Belarus
RBC, 21.03.2008, Moscow 09:36:39.Russia's Prime Minister Viktor Zubkov is expected to pay a working visit to Belarus today, where the Council of Ministers of the Union State is scheduled to meet. According to the Russian government's press office, Zubkov is also due to meet with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko. The Council of Ministers will consider over 20 issues, including the results of the 2007 budget performance, an agreement on measures to support the agriculture, the electricity balance for 2008 and the progress of the chemical industry development program among other matters.
