Russia estimates 2008 nanotechnology sales
RBC, 19.03.2008, Moscow 12:36:49.Russia's sales of nanotechnology products are expected to amount to $700bn in 2008, First Deputy Prime Minister Sergei Ivanov said during today's Federation Council session. He noted that the practical use of nanotechnology already involved a number of industries, as well as other aspects of everyday life. Ivanov added that nanotechnology research had made it possible to manufacture ultra-strong cutting faces for various instruments, rocket fuel with a great burn rate, and other products.
