Nominees for Norilsk Nickel Board of Directors revealed
RBC, 31.01.2008, Moscow 09:59:21.ONEXIM Group has nominated its President Mikhail Prokhorov, United Company RUSAL's majority shareholder Oleg Deripaska, Chairman of the Board of Directors Viktor Vekselberg, and Chief Executive Officer Alexander Bulygin, as well as ONEXIM Group General Director Dmitry Razumov, and four independent board members, to the Board of Directors of Norilsk Nickel, ONEXIM told RBC. The full list of nominees from the group of companies includes 15 names and will be submitted to Norilsk Nickel's annual Board of Directors meeting and an extraordinary general shareholders' meeting to be held on April 8. KM Invest has nominated Vladimir Potanin and Mikhail Prokhorov to the Norilsk Nickel Board of Directors, RBC was told at the company. As was explained at KM Invest, the nominations have been made for the annual general shareholders' meeting, which will take place in the summer.
