Alfa Bank reports higher net profit
RBC, 29.10.2007, Moscow 17:20:15.The net profit of Alfa Bank soared 85 percent in the first nine months of 2007 and amounted to almost RUR5.121bn (approx. USD207m) as of October 1, 2007, the Bank of Russia's balance sheet states. The bank's revenue increase by 95 percent to nearly RUR7.086bn (approx. USD286m) in January-September 2007 compared to RUR3.622bn (approx. USD146m) a year earlier.
