Russia and Belarus to launch bilateral space program
RBC, 27.08.2007, Moscow 18:56:02.Russia has accepted Belarus's offer to develop a bilateral space technology program, the government's press office announced today. The Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov has signed a decree to this effect. The program will be launched as part of the Russia-Belarus Union State. Furthermore, the Russian government has recommended the Federal Space Agency (Roscosmos) as the project commissioner and coordinator.
