Techsnabexport and Gazprombank ink cooperation deal
RBC, 15.02.2007, Moscow 13:23:26.According to a joint statement, Techsnabexport (the TENEX brand) and Gazprombank have signed a general agreement on cooperation. The document defines cooperation between the two companies in financial and crediting spheres, including Gazprombank financing Techsnabexport's investment program. Furthermore, the bank will act as a consultant on the creation of Techsnabexport's subsidiaries, development of their equity market strategy and boosting their capitalization.
