Russia welcomes China's help in Far East region
RBC, 01.11.2005, Moscow 13:44:22.Russia is ready to negotiate with China on Beijing's participation in a complex program for the development of oil and gas fields in Eastern Siberia and the Far East, deputy Prime Minister Alexander Zhukov, who is now paying a working visit to China, has told journalists. According to Zhukov, Russia needs to work out a single complex program for the development of these oil and gas fields. Various scenarios for China's participation are currently under discussion, he stressed.
